1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders.

Calculated Rates: For expedited orders shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout by the carrier.
3. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to over 200 countries worldwide.

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout by the carrier.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Oaks Nutrition is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
5. Damages
Oaks Nutrition is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
