General Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, for the safety and integrity of our supplements, all sales are considered final. 

However, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at Support@OaksNutrition.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all dietary supplements and health-related items are non-returnable. This policy is in place to ensure that every product we ship is new, sealed, and has been stored in a controlled environment. Once an item has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its safety or quality, and therefore, cannot accept it for return. This policy is for your protection and the protection of all our customers.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any supplement products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Support@OaksNutrition.com with photos of the issue.

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will review the provided information and, if approved, we will either refund your purchase or immediately ship a new item to you at no additional cost.

Canceled Orders

Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

How to Request Assistance for a Damaged or Incorrect Item

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at Support@OaksNutrition.com. Please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A brief description of the issue.

  3. Photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
